@Nyussai i think just general interactions everywhere would help out.
commenting on other's works (particularly those that aren't big shots lmao, i doubt they'd really read nor reply much), following various artists i find in the Recent and Undiscovered Artists section of the Art Portal, occasionally chiming in on random posts in Artist News, and judging games/animations here and there have mostly what i've been doing here. you can probably promote or communicate with others in the forums, but i'm personally not very familiar with those lol. but yeah, i think that's all i could recommend for now lol
